Making a Purchase
We will endeavour to process your order within 10 working days (usually in 2 working days), however, this may take longer at busy times such as Christmas or Bank Holidays.
All pictures and descriptions of products on our website are intended for guidance purposes only. Manufacturer’s may change formulations, weights and packaging from time to time.
We reserve the right to change any part of our website and our terms & conditions at our sole discretion.
Delivery
We ship a beef jerky to every country in European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom).
Delivery times are estimates, as provided by our couriers from when goods are dispatched.
Beefjerkystock.eu will accept no responsibility or cost whatsoever for delays in delivery.
Please ensure you have provided the full correct address and telephone number for delivery. If the postcode/zip code or any part of the address is omitted or entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result.
Deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available, a card will be left explaining where the item is and what to do next.
If your parcel is returned to us due to the incomplete or incorrect address, or with an attempted delivery by our couriers we will have to recharge you the postage costs to resend.
Worldwide postage charges are based on the weight of the item plus packaging (as calculated by our courier).
Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Should you wish to do so please inform us by email within this time that you wish to return the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items and goods must be in the original condition you received them in.
Postage costs will not be refunded in any circumstances (including outgoing and returns).
The contract between Beefjerkystock.eu and the customer shall be governed solely by the current laws of Finland.
